Where Did It Change?
where did it change
where did love blossom
when did it become rearranged
i would just like to know
and i would like to know –
when chance arrived
and when fate unlocked the door
and altered everything inside
where did it move to
and what happened to it
and what happened to us
i can remember a different me and you
where did it really end
and when did our story
start to become untrue
can we ever find the box
in which the truth is contained
just like the permanently missing sock
where did it all change?
