A Place To Call Home
i have always wanted to feel at home
it does not matter where it is
just a place to call my own
and now we are moved
and i am somewhere new
i settle in and take in the view
we live out of cardboard boxes
and unpacked things
i know that this is our next chapter
and we know not what it will bring
i cradle some anxiety
and i cradle some nervous thought
we live in this place
before the one we have bought
before for me,
there is something about home
it could be anywhere,
i do not mind if we have to roam
right now i am unsettled,
just need a place to call my own
of course i know that we will be fine
and soon we will have a place to call home
