Peppermint
peppermint woman
she knits jumpers –
in ranpunzels tower
sips and drinks –
every juniper flower
sits in a park –
swapping diary entries
with those in the dark
peppermint woman –
where will it end
as she fills the room with laughter
and a true friend
in rapunzels tower
she has a collection of minutes
and stolen hours
waiting there for her life to flower
