Rolling Restoration

i keep working on myself
(i have to)
i work on the bodywork
but i know,
there is probably –
not much i can do
(although i have to)
i work on my mind –
the bits and bobs in my brain
(i have to)
they all need constant work
and maintenance
i am a rolling restoration
always unpicking the hurt
(sanding it down)
and this project is one –
where i have constantly learnt
that is my life situation
constant improvement
but i am a rolling restoration
(i have to be)
