Always Raining

and there is you,
self absorbed
and always complaining
living in a world
where is always raining
woe is me –
and no one understands
try empathy –
or even holding hands
oh, you are the only one –
to feel pain…
to suffer…
to to cry aloud –
and wonder, is there another?
a finely tuned candidate –
for perfect lover
i listen and i listen
but the clouds never pass
and the grass never glistens
