The Last Dance
letting go is the hardest
like pushing a boat out to water
actually admitting –
there is no chance
is like the best evening
and the end of the last dance
a human being
can cling to the smallest of hope
with the tightest og grips
long after the moment has gone
and then, it rips
letting go is the hardest
and i can only watch as it slips away
