Talk About Truth
let me tell you about responsibility
no one is to blame
and everyone else
is responsible for change
no child misbehaves
and they have to be in bed
before the parents have
finished digging the graves
let me talk about truths
now as others tell me
with their mantra from heaven
from dead princesses
to their nonsense fill
this is the truth
the world is a dark and dim place
leaving a dark and dim trace
from your bedroom villa
do not begin to dream
of telling me how it is
i have played dice
and gambled with all my gifts
you carry on hitchhiking
waiting for madness to give you a lift
