The Land is Rich – Written Saturday 20th May 2000 (Aged 25)

The Land is Rich

the land is rich
it has got be something new
the new century is here
it has not yet grown
our lives lead on unknown
the land is rich
we should live it together
we should remember life
we should forget the weather
the land is rich
but i am so poor
money has drifted away
but i built a door
just to escape from the day
the land is rich
it is our world of hope
it is life from other planets
someone tells a joke
meanwhile we all hold on and hope
