Nice as Pie
when she felt loved
she was as nice as pie
as soon as she felt rejected
she would stab you in the eye
when she got what she wanted
and what satisfied her selfish need
oh, but when she feared losing that
the anger that fuels that greed
when she felt loved
she was as nice as pie
all the please and thank yous
and a smile to hide the lies
as soon as she felt rejected
she would stab you in the eye
verbally assault you
kick you in the heart and say goodbye
when she felt loved
she was your bestest friend
as soon as you lapsed
and she felt the wounds could not mend
her self-esteem completely collapsed
it felt like the end
and she stabbed you in the back
when she felt loved
she was as nice as pie
as soon as she felt rejected
then she would stab you in the eye
