Stand Up
i knew –
that these people
were grabbing the limelight
that –
they need to believe
that –
their talent shines bright
but,
we need to stand up –
to these people
they feel like they are hollow
i will not stand by as –
people stamp and shout
i need more –
than what this is about
too many people –
living off talent –
which is beyond their means
i should not criticise though
we have all gorged on dreams
