The Human Condition
justification is hard to find
no satisfaction –
will arrive to help you unwind
no reasons for why me
or even why you
no judge or jury
able to deliver verdicts
no minister –
and no preordained script
if it does move in mysterious ways
that it is a bloody craft
that dictates our days
because on careful consideration
of the all too present situation
we can recline in our assurance
that there is no justification
there is just the human condition
and the human situation
