Smile

i wanted to ask about smile
the one you wear in your picture
why does it always look like –
a grimace instead
who stole your fun?
is it hiding under your bed
is it with the lost hope
and all the dreams never heard
why does your smile
the one you wear in your picture
why does it look like
a grimace instead
who told you not to fly
and filled your boots full of lead
who said,
that the joke was on you
but you never got the punchline
did you?
