Dance With Death
someone stole your life
now you know,
that’s not right
it happened,
in the forgotten world –
of the night
and you know,
a madman stalks the park
befriending the dark
blending with the bark
everyone sleeps inside
and you know,
you are fighting for life
in the dark –
of an unfriendly night
wishing for infrared sight
you dance with death
James Garratt – March 1993
