you anxiety is eating away at you

in turn,
eating away at it

mum i miss you
and all those conversations
your life,
a collection of crazy situations
your dreams,
the sucker punch,
to a life you too quickly left

i will,
‘spill the beans’
on the mental health scenes
i have no shame
and i will not be ashamed
i will speak about –
my well being

people do not do vulnerability
showing yourself
– taught it is weak
be open and be brave
in what you do and what you speak

but what can you do
those other people offer you treats
but they do not believe in you
and want some impossible circus feats
