Capacity to Share
capacity to share
turn on –
my table lamp
victorian house –
seems rich in damp
hold me
hold me
hold me
but not like a clamp
up and down
then –
we stop to admire
every winding path
in every autumn baked shire
capacity to share
not pretending
that the dumb waiter
only every delivers
the most untamed alligators
turn on –
my decorations
i am drinking
lonely sunburnt hallucinations
let’s pop this one
and wear a carnation
