I Try To Be Secure
i try to be secure
and i try not to be such a wreck
i try to calm down
and i try not to fret
i try to make it less obvious
that my heart is up for let
that my sanity has set sail
that these days are confident
but we are still scared to fail
be my taxi cab,
and you will be the only one i hail
i try to find the switch
to power the third rail
such a shame the future courts you
but continues to wear a veil
i try to be secure
and i try to get a grip on my tools
i try not to judge so freely
and i try very hard not to fail
