Pinball Machine
i see the gap
i see locomotives
even without the track
if green is green for go
i seem slow
but then,
i did not have the education
those a stars
would have made my intelligence –
more acceptable
they would have helped me out
especially when i find myself –
ricocheting inside a pinball machine
you can define yourself
if you managed an exam or two
it gives you a normality
a purposeful, educated view
