All The Strangeness That it Brings
should have been a pilot
a vision of this age
i will sit with my jailer
and repaint this cage
should have been an astronaut
and made it into outer space
i will sit with my make up artist
with an artistic face
should have been a lucky man
should have been late
i was too early,
and so was fate
should have been your dancer
the one on your solid beat
but i am the worlds last chancer
and i’ve got two left feet
should have been many things
thankful i am me,
with all the strangeness it brings
