Not All The Apples Are Rotten
you are not like the rest
it is all about respect
respect for me
i respect myself
and i get respect from yourself
you are not like the rest,
they have failed my memory test
because of what you have given
you will not be forgotten
it’s good to know that on life’s tree
not all the apples are rotten
it is all about respect
you respect me in a way,
that others never did
you embrace my feeling
where others just hid
i have found the real treasure
but it’s not in the ocean,
nesting on the bottom
it’s good to know that on life’s tree
not all the apples are rotten
