it will always be us
its beauty,
may not be a substitute
for the raw clumsiness
that we seem to express
in this,
our personal mess
but then i was listening
and i thought about last night

you obviously,
took her to bits
and bits seemed too true
but joking aside,
it is how i feel about you

and its beauty seemed fine
