Feelings of Black – Most Likely Written Sometime Between September and November 1994 (Aged 19)

Feelings of Black

feelings of black
complete darkness
consuming me
coming from inside
do you not know why?
why you give me,
feelings of black
you are my past,
and i am tired of looking back
i know the time
i know what the hands on the clock mean
i know what they would bring
feelings of black
not really waiting for you to ring
hearing your voice
is like a dagger in the dark
like meeting the most evil stranger
in a crime ridden park
feelings of black
that is all you ever give to me
you never allowed me to grow
you never allowed me to see
