Waspish Comments
you look down on me
but it is you –
whose life has derailed
failed to find its destination
just failed, denied entry
if only courage was allowed
your, ‘disability’ only appears
when options run out
when you realise –
no one could hear your shout
always looking for reasons
resentment just below the surface
waiting for a different season
so you look down
and make waspish comments
but the delayed child –
always has a rope swing
on your lonely smile
