Undressed
you undressed me from the start
took off the insecurity
the black cloak from my heart
the dagger from the back of sanity
you undressed me from the start
to the part that really cares
you stripped me bare
you made it plain and simple
you undressed me from the start
took off all the doomed things
redressed me in dreams
dreams we both shared
you undressed me from the start
took off my heavy overcoats
redressed me in what you are
redressed me in a special kind of hope
