Trust
i wish i knew someone right now
who could share this hurt with me
because,
wallowing here,
on my own,
it is doing me no good
trust so broken,
is so hard to mend
there are no skilled surgeons,
with hands to lend
i wish i knew someone,
but when hurt goes this deep
there is rarely anyone
but then who can share it?
it is too personal and far too consuming
i know,
there are plenty who care
and many who feel for me
but swimming as i am,
in this dark deep black place
i cannot seem to reach their fingers
or barely even see their face
